City of Edgerton, WI Chapter 113 Public Utility

§ 113-1 Public utility.

The City of Edgerton's Water Utility and Sewer Utility is combined into a single public utility pursuant to § 66.0819, Wis. Stats.

§ 113-2 Rules, rates and regulations.

The rules, rates and regulations as prescribed in Chapter 366, Utilities, Articles I and II, shall apply to the operation of said utility. The rules and rates of the Water Utility shall be regulated by the Public Service Commission and administered by the City's Public Utility. The rules and rates of the Sewer Utility shall be regulated and administered by the City's Public Utility.

§ 113-3 Power and authority.

A Utility Commission shall have legislative oversight as prescribed in § 14-9.
