Town of Stony Point, NY Chapter 179 Smoking

§ 179-1 Prohibition, smoking and vaping.

Except where approved or otherwise designated by the Town Board, it shall be unlawful for any person to smoke on any Town property within the Town which has been posted by order of the Town Board with signs prohibiting such conduct.

§ 179-2 Penalties for offenses.

A violation of this chapter shall constitute a violation, and any person so convicted shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500.
