The Town Attorney and/or any firm or office of which the Town
Attorney is a member shall not henceforth represent any official,
appointee, volunteer, or employee of the Town of Southampton, their
family or families, and/or any legal entity in which any of the above
has an interest in any manner or matter in which the Town of Southampton
may have a legitimate interest.
