There is hereby adopted, in its entirety, the provisions of
N.J.S.A. 26:4A-7 and the provisions of the New Jersey Administrative
Code, N.J.A.C. 8:26-1 et seq. and the amendments and supplements thereto,
relating to Public Recreational Bathing.

No person shall operate a public bathing place unless a license shall have been issued by the Board of Health and the fees set forth in Chapter BH:7 have been paid.
