A. 
The following fees shall apply for licenses, permits and inspections required under the Board of Health Code.
1. 
Retail Food Establishments: Fees based on the Risk Categories set forth in N.J.A.C. 8:21-1 et seq.
(a) 
Risk Category 1: $50.
(b) 
Risk Category 2: $100.
(c) 
Risk Category 3: $150.
(d) 
Risk Category 4: $200.
(e) 
Reinspection fee per reinspection: $50.
(f) 
Outdoor cafe inspection fee: $100.
2. 
Temporary retail food establishments for a period of up to and including seven days: $50.
3. 
Bonafide civic and/or religious nonprofit organization: fee waived.
4. 
Mobile retail food establishments: $100.
5. 
License to operate a pet store or kennel: See Borough Code, Chapter 10, Animal Control.
6. 
Permit to install or alter an individual sewage disposal system: $100.
7. 
License to operate a public swimming pool (license expires December 31 of each year): $100.
Reinspection fee: $100 per inspection.
8. 
Annual license fee for body art establishments: $200. (License good from January 1 through December 31.)
(a) 
Additional annual licensing fee per each body artist: $25.
(b) 
Body art establishment reinspection fee: $100.
9. 
Annual license fee for massage and bodywork establishments: $250. (License good from January 1 through December 31.)
10. 
Permit to alter, repair or construct: $50.
11. 
Witnessing a perc test and soil profile: $100.
B. 
An additional late fee shall be charged in addition to annual fee for any license fee not paid within 30 days of the date on which said license fee was due in the sum of $25.
C. 
Any establishment rated Conditionally Satisfactory or Unsatisfactory shall pay a $100 reinspection fee. The fee must be paid to the Borough within 10 days of receiving said rating.

The Registrar of Vital Statistics or the Secretary of the Board of Health shall receive the following fees:
A. 
For furnishing any copy of any public record, including any ordinance of the Board of Health, a copying charge as set forth in Borough Code Chapter 4, subsection 4-1.11, General copying costs.
B. 
For certifying any public document except as may be otherwise specifically set forth herein, $2 for each certification.
C. 
For each certified copy of birth, marriage, civil union or death certificates, $10 per certificate.
D. 
In addition to any lawful fee which may be assessed by the Borough regarding marriages or civil unions, the Borough shall collect $28 for each marriage or civil union performed by a Borough Official as a document administrative fee.
E. 
Transit permit: $5. (N.J.S.A. 26:6-17).

Unless otherwise set forth in this Chapter BH:7, the following shall apply:
A. 
Fees for the reinspection of any retail food establishment which is necessitated by a conditional or unsatisfactory inspection rating shall be in amount equal to the annual license fee for the establishment.
B. 
Any retail food establishment that requires an inspection during off duty hours of the Health Department or appropriate inspector or during a weekend, evening or holiday, regardless of the reason for the request or need, shall reimburse the Borough for the costs of inspection including, but not limited to, the salary of the inspector(s) involved; in addition to the license fee.
C. 
For the purposes of the reinspection fee, each reinspection required to achieve a satisfactory rating shall be considered a separate and distinct reinspection.
