Editor's Note: This ordinance also provided for the repeal of former Ch. 180, Sewage Disposal Systems, Individual, with the exception of former § 180-12C, which is included in this chapter as § 135-3.
The regulations for the location, construction, use and maintenance of individual sewage disposal systems and the issuance of licenses and/or permits to locate, construct, empty or clean said systems shall be as established by N.J.A.C. 7:9A entitled "Standards for Individual Subsurface Sewage Disposal Systems."
The jurisdiction in connection with the implementation, inspection, use and maintenance of said systems is hereby transferred to the Warren County Health Department.
All designs for new construction shall have an area designated and reserved for installation of an alternate system. This area shall be the same size and dimensions as the original system and shall conform to all of the restrictions of N.J.A.C. 7:9A-4.2. et seq. and as same may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
