[Adopted 6-12-2023 by Ord. No. 2023-03]
The Board of Trustees adopted the revised Code of the Village of Forrest 6-12-2023 by Ord. No. 2023-03. This ordinance also adopted revisions made during the course of the recodification project. Any chapters, sections and/or subsections which were added, amended, adopted or repealed by Ord. No. 2023-03 are indicated throughout the Code by a history referring to Chapter 100, General Provisions, Article I. During routine supplementation, footnotes indicating amendments, additions or repeals will be replaced with the following history: "Amended (added, repealed) 6-12-2023 by Ord. No. 2023-03." Schedule A, which contains a complete description of all changes, is on file in the Village offices.
