A.
Building fees.
(1)
One- and two-story dwelling: $150 per 1,000 square feet.
(2)
Commercial buildings: $150 per 1,000 square feet.
(3)
Residential additions, alterations: $12 per $1,000 of value; $50 minimum.
(4)
Commercial addition/renovations: $12 per $1,000 of value; $100 minimum.

Electrical fees.
(1)
Residential new construction. Fee based on building project construction value:
(a)
First $50,000 of value: $250.
(b)
Each additional $1,000 of value or fraction thereof: $1.
