All places of public amusement which require a permit or license
under this chapter shall be inspected by the city building, fire and
zoning officials prior to the issuance of any such permit or license,
and the approval of such inspectors as to the compliance with applicable
building, fire and zoning regulations shall be a condition of the
issuance of any such permit or license.
