Any person found to be violating visions set out in § 30.01(C) will be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine of up to the maximum allowed by law. Each day of such violation shall constitute a separate offense. Such penalty shall be cumulative and not exclusive of any other rights or remedies the city may have.
