(A) 
A person commits an offense if he keeps livestock within the corporate limits of the city, except in conformance with the zoning ordinances of the city, as amended.
(B) 
An enclosure used to keep livestock must be located:
(1) 
at least 50 feet from adjoining residentially zoned property; and
(2) 
at least 50 feet from a structure used for human habitation, other than a structure owned or occupied by the owner or handler of the livestock; and
(3) 
at least 50 feet from adjoining public park spaces and school properties.
(C) 
A person commits an offense if he fails to dispose of manure and other excrement in such a manner as to prevent the odor from becoming offensive or causing unhealthy conditions to persons.
