(A)
Employees
may not touch a Customer or the clothing of a Customer while exposing
any Specified Anatomical Areas or engaging in any Specified Sexual
Activities.
(B)
Employees
may not solicit pay or gratuity from any Customer on the premises
of a Sexually Oriented Business while in a State of Nudity.
(C)
Employees
must be on a stage at least 18 inches in height and may not approach
closer than six feet to any Customer while exposing any Specified
Anatomical Areas or engaging in any Specified Sexual Activities.
(D)
Employees
may not expose any Specified Anatomical Areas or engage in any Specified
Sexual Activities in the presence of a Customer in any separate area
within a Sexually Oriented Business that is blocked off or obscured
by any door, curtain, or other barrier that separates the area from
the remainder of the Sexually Oriented Business.
