The President of the Town Council shall receive a salary of
$6,000 per year, payable in monthly installments.

The members of the Town Council shall receive a salary of $4,000
per year, payable in monthly installments.

Any change in salary, compensation, or emoluments of the elected
office shall become effective at the beginning of the next term of
the member of Council.
