The Western Berks Fire Department Relief Association be and the same is hereby recognized by the Council of the Borough of Sinking Spring as the relief fund association which is entitled to the funds derived from the tax of 2% upon premiums upon foreign fire insurance, which, under the provisions of the Act of Assembly approved April 25, 1929, P.L. 709[1], is payable to the Borough Treasurer for the use of the designated relief fund association.

Any sum or sums which may hereafter be paid to the Treasurer of the Borough of Sinking Spring under and by virtue of the provisions of the said Act of Assembly are hereby specifically appropriated to the said Western Berks Fire Department Relief Association.
