The City is divided into 18 precincts as set forth in this § 60-2.

First Precinct. Beginning at a point at the intersection of Boyson Road and Alburnett Road then north along Alburnett Road to the intersection with West 29th Avenue then east along West 29th Avenue and 29th Avenue to the intersection with 3rd Street then north along 3rd Street to the intersection with Tower Terrace Road then west along Tower Terrace Road to the intersection with Alburnett Road then north along Alburnett Road to the intersection with the corporate boundary then counterclockwise along the corporate boundary to the intersection with Boyson Road then east along Boyson Road to the point of beginning.

Second Precinct. Beginning at a point at the intersection of North 10th Street and Tower Terrace Road then west along Tower Terrace Road to the intersection with Alburnett Road then north along Alburnett Road to the intersection with the corporate boundary then clockwise along the corporate boundary to the intersection with Echo Hill Road then continue clockwise along the corporate boundary to the intersection of Alburnett Road then continue clockwise along the corporate boundary to the intersection with North 10th Street then south along North 10th Street to the point of beginning.

Third Precinct. Beginning at a point at 29th Avenue and North 10th Street then east along 29th Avenue to the intersection with Indian Creek Road then north along Indian Creek Road (existing and former right-of-way) to the intersection with the corporate boundary then counterclockwise along the corporate boundary to the intersection with Lucore Road then continue counterclockwise along the corporate boundary to the intersection with State Highway 13, then counterclockwise along the corporate boundary to the intersection with Winslow Road then continue counterclockwise along the corporate boundary to the intersection with Winslow Road again then south along Winslow Road to the intersection with the corporate boundary then counterclockwise along the corporate boundary to the intersection with North 10th Street then south along North 10th Street to the point of beginning.

Fourth Precinct. Beginning at a point at the intersection of Indian Creek Road and 29th Avenue then east along 29th Avenue to the intersection with 35th Street then north along 35th Street to the intersection with Tower Terrace Road then north along Lucore Road to the intersection with Indian Creek Road then south along Indian Creek Road (existing and former right-of-way) to the point of beginning.

Fifth Precinct. Beginning at a point at the intersection of 35th Street and 29th Avenue then north along 35th Street to the intersection with Tower Terrace Road then north along Lucore Road to the intersection with Indian Creek Road then north along Indian Creek Road to the intersection with the corporate boundary then clockwise along the corporate boundary to the intersection with 29th Avenue then west along 29th Avenue to the point of beginning.

Sixth Precinct. Beginning at a point at the intersection of Alburnett Road and West 29th Avenue then east along West 29th Avenue and 29th Avenue to the intersection with 3rd Street then north along 3rd Street to the intersection with Tower Terrace Road then east along Tower Terrace Road to the intersection with North 10th Street then south along North 10th Street to the intersection with 29th Avenue then east along 29th Avenue to the center line of Indian Creek then south along the center line of Indian Creek to the intersection of 10th Street then north along 10th Street to the intersection with Boyson Road then west along Boyson Road to the intersection with Alburnett Road then north along Alburnett Road to the point of beginning.

Seventh Precinct. Beginning at the intersection of 10th Street and McGowan Boulevard then east along McGowan Boulevard to the intersection with 31st Street then north along 31st Street to the intersection with 29th Avenue then west along 29th Avenue to the center line of Indian Creek then south along the center line of Indian Creek to the intersection with 10th Street then south along 10th Street to the point of beginning.

Eighth Precinct. Beginning at the intersection of 29th Avenue and 31st Street then south along 31st Street to the intersection with McGowan Boulevard then east along McGowan Boulevard to the intersection with 44th Street then north along 44th Street to the intersection to 29th Avenue then west along 29th Avenue to the point of beginning.

Ninth Precinct. Beginning at a point at the intersection of 29th Avenue and 44th Street then south along 44th Street to the intersection of 10th Avenue then east along 10th Avenue to the intersection of State Highway 13 then north along State Highway 13 to the intersection of 35th Avenue then counterclockwise along the corporate boundary to the intersection of 29th Avenue then west along 29th Avenue to the point of beginning.

Tenth Precinct. Beginning at a point at the intersection of Highway 13 and Fernow Road then clockwise along the corporate boundary to the intersection with Highway 151 then east following Highway 151 to the intersection with the corporate boundary then clockwise along the corporate boundary to the intersection with Highway 13 then north along Highway 13 to the point of beginning.

Eleventh Precinct. Seventeenth Precinct.
