The following connections are prohibited, except as provided in §
441-37C above:
A. Any drain or conveyance, whether on the surface or subsurface, which
allows any nonstormwater discharge, including sewage, process wastewater,
and wash water to enter the separate storm sewer system and any connections
to the storm drain system from indoor drains and sinks.
B. Any drain or conveyance connected from a commercial or industrial
land use to the separate storm sewer system which has not been documented
in plans, maps, or equivalent records and approved by the Borough.
C. Any drain or conveyance that delivers nonstormwater discharges directly
into wetlands, riparian buffers, or other waters of the commonwealth.
D. The discovery of a prohibited discharge on a property that was previously
inspected or issued a certificate of occupancy by the Borough shall
not relieve the property owner from the responsibility of correcting
the prohibited connection upon discovery of such prohibited connection.
