Editor's Note: This ordinance was originally adopted as Ch.
92, but was renumbered to maintain the organization of the Code.
No cannabis in any form shall be consumed on or within Town
public parks or recreational facilities or any other public property
or building, including but not limited to public schools.
Any person charged with a violation of the provisions of this
article shall be required to appear at the Johnston Municipal Court
to answer said charge. Any person found to be in violation of the
provisions of this article shall be punished by a fine in the amount
of $100.
