Fees may be established by the Township to cover plan review and construction inspection costs incurred by the Township. All fees shall be paid by the applicant. A review and inspection fee schedule may be established by resolution of Township Board of Supervisors. The Township may periodically update the fee schedule to ensure that its costs are adequately reimbursed.
The fees authorized by this chapter (unless otherwise waived by the Township) shall, at a minimum, cover:
(a) 
Township administrative costs.
(b) 
Township legal costs.
(c) 
Township engineering costs.
(d) 
The review of the stormwater management site plan by the Township.
(e) 
The review of as-built drawings.
(f) 
Site inspections.
(g) 
The inspection of SWM facilities and drainage improvements during construction.
(h) 
The final inspection at the completion of the construction of the SWM facilities and drainage improvements presented in the SWM site plan.
(i) 
Any additional work required to enforce any permit provisions regulated by this chapter, correct violations, and assure proper completion of stipulated remedial actions.
