These rules shall pertain to all City committees and commissions
whose function is merely advisory.

A.
Upon
the Mayor's suggestion, the Board of Aldermen may establish advisory
commissions by adoption of a resolution, provided such resolution
sets out the following:
1.
The powers and duties of the committee or commission created by the
resolution;
2.
The composition of the committee or commission created by the resolution;
3.
The qualifications for membership of the committee or commission
created by the resolution; and
4.
The term of office of the members of the committee or commission
created by the resolution.
