No motor vehicle or trailer shall be driven, operated and/or
moved on a highway unless the vehicle and/or trailer is currently
registered as required by law. Any person who violates this section
shall pay a fine of $25 plus costs.
No motor vehicle or trailer required to bear a current inspection
issued by the commonwealth shall be driven, operated and/or moved
on a highway unless the vehicle and/or trailer displays a current
valid inspection certificate issued as required by law. Any person
who violates this section shall pay a fine of $25 plus costs.
