The fees for a dog license, for a duplicate license or tag,
and the amount of any applicable senior discounts to license fees,
shall be as established by resolution adopted by the city council,
as amended from time to time.

Any owner of any animal, as specified in Chapter 7.16, 7.20, 7.28, 7.32, or 7.36, who voluntarily turns the same over to the animal control officer for disposal and such animal is accepted by animal control, shall pay a fee as established by resolution adopted by the city council, as amended from time to time.
