For the purpose of this chapter, the Borough is hereby divided
into districts designated as follows:

The boundaries of said districts shall be as shown upon the
map attached to and made a part of this chapter, which shall be designated
the "Zoning Map."[1] The said map and all notations, references and other things
shown thereon shall be made a part of this chapter as if the matters
and things shown by said map were all fully described herein.
