(a)
In the event that the deputy director of environmental health services has determined that conditions exist or have existed in the past which indicate an inability or unwillingness to comply with the requirements of this chapter, a permit revocation or suspension hearing may be conducted. All matters relative to the permit revocation or suspension hearing action will be conducted pursuant to Title 6, Division 1, Chapter 1, commencing with Section 61.123 and ending with Section 61.127 of the San Diego County Code of Regulatory Ordinances, excluding Section 61.125(a).
(b)
Hearing officer. The hearing officer shall be a person designated
by the deputy director of environmental health services.
