Modifications to a Tentative Map and/or conditions of approval,
which, in the opinion of the Director, are not in substantial conformance,
shall comply with the provisions for processing a Tentative Map as
contained in this Subdivision Code. Modifications may be referred
to the Planning Commission and/or City Council when the Director determines
that said modification affects a related discretionary action. If
the modification is approved, the applicant shall submit a revised
Certified Map for approval.
