of the final score and the oral examination representing 30% of the
final score. The minimum passing scores on these examinations shall

examination.
The Commission shall appoint a written examination administrator,
an oral examination board, a polygraph examiner, and a physical fitness
examiner to conduct the appropriate examination(s) as required by
these Rules and Regulations.
The written examination shall be graded on a 100-point scale,
and an applicant must score 80% or higher and be among the top 40
applicants, including ties, as measured by their overall score on
the written examination, in order to continue in the application process.
Applicants scoring less than 80%, or who scored at least 80% but are
not in the top 40 applicants, shall be rejected. Within 30 days after
the administration of the written examination, all applicants shall
be given written notice of their test results and passing applicants
shall be scheduled for an oral examination appointment.
