There is established the Office of Zoning Administrator. The
Planning Director or designee shall be the Zoning Administrator.

The Zoning Administrator shall hear and decide applications
for variances and conditional use permits and other permits as determined
by the Board of Supervisors.

The Zoning Administrator shall adopt such rules and procedures
which the Administrator deems necessary or convenient to perform the
duties of the office. Copies of the rules shall be available at the
office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.

The Administrator shall hold at least one public hearing in
each calendar month to hear and decide applications for variances,
conditional use permits, and other permits. The Administrator may
schedule such other public meetings as the Administrator deems necessary
or convenient.
