It shall be the duty of the committee, in addition to other requirements provided in this Code, the Zoning Code of Sacramento County, or ordinances of the County, to:
A. Provide technical advice regarding any matter referred to it by the County Planning Commission, including examination and review of tentative maps, preliminary maps, street dedication maps, reversions to acreage, abandonments of easements and dedications;
B. Act as advisory agency as provided in this Code;
C. Conduct proceedings regarding violations of Title 22 of this Code and the State Subdivision Map Act and approve notices of violations and certificates of compliance as provided in Title 22;
D. Conduct public hearings on environmental impact reports as provided by current guidelines adopted by the Board of Supervisors.
