There is hereby established a Division of Senior Citizens within
the Department of Administration which shall be responsible for the
coordination of services and activities for senior citizens in the
community.
The personnel staff in the Division of Senior Citizens may include
clerical, operational, supervisory and managerial positions as deemed
necessary within the budgetary limits established by the Council.
