For the purposes of this title, unless otherwise apparent from
the context, certain words and phrases used in this title are defined
as set forth in this article.
Whenever any words or phrases used in this title are not defined
in this chapter but are defined in the Vehicle Code, such definitions
shall be incorporated in this title and shall be deemed to apply to
such words and phrases in this title as though set forth in this title
in full.

"City" shall mean the City of Ojai, California.

"Loading zone" shall mean the space adjacent to a curb reserved
for the exclusive use of vehicles during the loading or unloading
of passengers or materials.

"Local street" shall mean any street or highway in the City
other than a State highway.

"State highway" shall mean those portions of Route 33 and Route
150 located within the City.
