There shall be a Town Council of five members elected by the
voters of the Town at large. The Town Council shall select from its
members a President and Vice President of the Town Council. All powers
of the Town shall be vested in the Town Council, except as otherwise
provided by law or the Town Charter. Each Council member shall receive
an annual salary of $4,000 except that the President of the Town Council
shall receive an annual salary of $4,500.
