There is hereby created the position of Planning
Board Attorney for the Township of Lacey.
The Planning Board Attorney shall be appointed
by resolution of the Planning Board.

The term of office of the Planning Board Attorney
shall be for one year, commencing on January 1 and terminating on
December 31 in the year of appointment.
