The purpose of this chapter is to establish
fees for the use of municipal-owned facilities, including the Community
Hall, which are located within the Township of Lacey.
This chapter has been established to set fees
for the use of certain municipal-owned facilities located within the
Township of Lacey. The payment of the fees set forth herein shall
not relieve an individual, partnership, firm or corporation from obtaining
any required permits in accordance with any other provisions of the
Township Code of the Township of Lacey or state statutes.
