Prior to any subdivision, resubdivision or consolidation
of any lots located within the Township of Lacey, proper application
shall be made in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, the
New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law, as amended, and the New Jersey
Map Filing Law, as applicable. Subdivision, resubdivision or consolidation approval shall
be obtained from the Planning Board prior to the filing of any subdivision,
resubdivision or consolidation plats or deeds; provided, however,
that a resolution granting subdivision or resubdivision approval by
the Zoning Board of Adjustment shall substitute for that of the Planning
Board.
