The Code Enforcement Officer, Village Police
Department and Animal Control Officer of the Village of Newark are
hereby authorized and empowered to enforce the laws of the Village
of Newark and are further hereby authorized to issue appearance tickets
pursuant to § 150.20 of the Criminal Procedure Law.
