A position titled "Superintendent of Public Works," be and the same
hereby is created in the Incorporated Village of Bellerose.
The working hours, rate of compensation and fringe benefits for the
position of Superintendent of Public Works shall be determined by the Board
of Trustees at the time the position is filled.
A position titled "Deputy Village Clerk" be and the same hereby is created
in the Incorporated Village of Bellerose.
The working hours, duties and rate of compensation for the position
of Deputy Village Clerk shall be determined by the Board of Trustees at the
time the position is filled.
At the discretion of the Board, both of these newly created positions
may be filled by the same individual.
