Village of Bellerose, NY Article II Deputy Fire Commissioner

§ 33-6 Position created; term.

Pursuant to § 4-406, Subsection 2(f), of the Village Law of the State of New York,[1] the office of Deputy Fire Commissioner is created, and appointment to said office shall be for a period of one year.[2]

§ 33-7 Powers and duties.

Such Deputy shall have such further powers and duties not inconsistent with such office or law as may be from time to time prescribed by resolution of the Board.
