[Adopted 8-22-1994 by L.L. No. 3-1994]
Pursuant to § 6 of Chapter 602 of
the Laws of 1993, as amended by Chapter 532 of the Laws of 1994, the
Village hereby acts, by local law not subject to referendum, to provide
that the collection of delinquent real property taxes shall continue
to be enforced pursuant to Title 3 of Article 14 of the Real Property
Tax Law.
If any clause, sentence, paragraph, section
or part of this article shall be adjudged by any court of competent
jurisdiction to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect, impair
or invalidate the remainder hereof, but shall be confined in its operation
to the clause, sentence, paragraph, section or part hereof directly
involved in the controversy in which such judgment shall have been
rendered.
