The fire zone of the Village of Southampton
is hereby described as being and constituting the area that is now
or hereafter may be contained in any multifamily residence district,
VB Village Business District, HB Highway Business District, OD Office
Business District, MD Medical District, MTL Motel Business District,
HA Hospital Accessory District and LI Light Industry District as set
forth in the Village of Southampton Zoning Ordinance of 1973 as the
same now exists and/or as same may be changed from time to time, or
as same may be defined in any ordinance succeeding thereto. For the
purposes of the State Building Construction Code, the said fire zone
shall be within fire limits as referred to in said code, and for the
purposes of such code, shall be further designated as follows: Fire
Limits A shall comprise the area contained in the VB Business District
and Fire Limits B shall comprise the areas contained in any multifamily
residence district, HB Highway Business District, OD Office Business
District, MD Medical District, MTL Motel Business District, HA Hospital
Accessory District and LI Light Industry District as set forth in
the Village of Southampton Zoning Ordinance of 1973 as the same exists
or may hereafter be amended.
