Springettsbury Township hereby imposes a nonsufficient check fee established
by resolution of the Board of Supervisors, to be assessed to each person,
firm or corporation presenting a check that is returned by a bank or other
financial institution for insufficient funds or to a closed account or an
account that is otherwise encumbered and unable to present the requested funds.
