The salaries and compensation of all officers
and employees of the Borough of Shrewsbury shall be as set forth in
the annual Salary Resolution.
A copy of the current Salary Resolution shall
be kept on file by the Borough Clerk for the examination and inspection
of the public.

A. Commencing when administratively feasible, but in no event later
than July 1, 2020, Borough employees shall be paid by direct deposit
only, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:14-15f.
B. The Borough Administrator may grant an exemption from these requirements
as administratively necessary, subject to governing body approval
by resolution.
C. The Borough Administrator may grant exemptions for seasonal and/or
temporary employees, as administratively necessary, without governing
body approval.
D. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:14-15f, any information concerning net pay,
any accompanying information approved for distribution with net pay,
and W-2 forms in accordance with applicable federal law shall be made
available only on the internet with restricted access, provided by
the Borough or an authorized third-party payroll provider.
