Any regular, special or other meeting of a municipal
board that is scheduled for a time of day prior to 6:00 p.m. shall
be rescheduled to a time of day after 6:00 p.m. upon the receipt by
the City Clerk of a petition signed by three or more City residents
requesting said rescheduling, but only if said petition is received
by the City Clerk before 4:00 p.m. of the municipal working day next
prior to such meeting.
