Rental permits — See Ch. 200.
Any landlord leasing, renting or subleasing an apartment building or portion thereof to any minor under 18 years of age shall notify the Chief of Police of the City of Haverhill or his designate in advance of such lease.
A form provided by the Police Department shall be completed by the landlord within five days of the date of leasing or renting and returned to the Police Department. Such form shall indicate the name and age of minor, address of such apartment and the person or persons leasing or occupying same.
A. 
Failure of the landlord to furnish said information to the Chief of Police or his designate shall be punishable by a fine of $50.
B. 
Failure to notify the Chief of Police or his designate shall constitute a separate and continuing punishable offense for each and every day after the rental period commences.
