No person shall park or store a boat, pickup
camper, trailer or recreational vehicle on any way or street used
by the public or on public property for a period exceeding 24 hours,
within any thirty-day period, without the approval of the City Council
and Mayor. Any request for such approval shall be forwarded to the
Police Chief and the Director of the Department of Public Works for
a recommendation before any final action is taken. The fine for violation
of this chapter shall be $50 per day and each day shall constitute
a separate offense.
