No owner shall install, use or operate any air-conditioning
unit or units which require the use of Township water in the system
unless the system is so constructed that the water can be circulated.
Any person who hereafter wishes to install,
use or maintain an air-conditioning system which requires the use
of Township water in the system must, prior to the installation or
use thereof, file an application, including a diagram of the installation,
with the Director. If the application meets all requirements of the
Division, the Director may issue a permit.
