A Recreation Commission to consist of five members is hereby established in and for the Town of LaGrange pursuant to § 243 of the General Municipal Law, with all the powers and subject to all the responsibilities of local authorities under Article 13 of the General Municipal Law.
The authority to establish and maintain playgrounds and neighborhood recreation centers in the Town of LaGrange is hereby determined to be vested in the Recreation Commission.
