[Adopted 9-22-2004 by L.L. No. 6-2004]
Pursuant to the specific authority of § 1809-d
of this state's Vehicle and Traffic Law, a local surcharge in the
amount of $10 shall be imposed, and payable to the Court Clerk, on
convictions rendered in the Town Court of the Town of LaGrange, whenever
such convictions are subject to the mandatory surcharge imposed pursuant
to § 1809 of the New York Vehicle and Traffic Law and such
convictions concern violations committed between September 1, 2004,
and September 1, 2005, or violations committed during such other periods
of time as may be established by statute.
