This article shall be known as the "Fee Ordinance."
In addition to all other fees now established for services furnished
by the City of Peekskill, all fees for services shall be set forth
in the Consolidated Fee Schedule maintained by the office of the City
Clerk.
Application for services or papers shall be made to the City
Clerk, and all fees shall be payable in cash in advance.
Any person, corporation, association, partnership or entity
violating any provision of this article, as amended, shall, upon conviction,
be punished by a fine of not more than $250 or imprisonment not exceeding
15 days, or both, for each offense.
