Whenever used in this chapter, the following
respective terms, unless otherwise herein expressly defined, shall
mean and include each of the meanings herein respectively set forth:
A park, reservation, playground, recreation center or any
other area in the City owned or used by the City and dedicated, devoted
or used for active or passive recreation.

One or more persons of either sex, natural persons, corporations,
partnerships, associations, joint-stock companies, societies and all
other entities of any kind capable of being sued.
