The Town Board may amend the provisions of this
chapter, including the enactment of additional traffic rules and regulations,
by means of an order adopted by resolution as authorized by Article
41 of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law, and such amendments
and additional traffic rules and regulations shall thereafter be included
in this Code.
