City of New Rochelle, NY Article II Statements of Compliance

§ 33-2 Annual filing required.

All officers and employees of the City, as the same are defined in Section 94.02, Subsection 1(a) of the Code of Ethics of the City of New Rochelle,[1] presently in or hereafter entering upon the duties of their office or employment, are hereby required to annually file, on the 31st day of December in each year during the time of their office or employment with the City, with the Office of the City Manager, a statement of compliance with the Code of Ethics of the City of New Rochelle for each calendar year ending December 31.

§ 33-3 Preparation and distribution.

The City Manager shall cause the preparation of the statement of compliance described in § 33-2 above and the distribution thereof to all officers and employees presently in service, within 20 days after the enactment of this article and prior to the date of the entry into office or employment for those officers and employees hereafter entering upon the duties of their office or employment.

§ 33-4 Form.

The statement of compliance required in § 33-2 above shall be in the form of and contain the wording set forth as follows:

		The undersigned, being duly sworn, hereby deposes and says:
		1.	I have read and understand the Code of Ethics of the City of New Rochelle.
		2.	During the calendar year ending December 31, 19____, I have not, either directly or indirectly, had any interest in nor have I engaged in any activity contrary to the provisions of the Code of Ethics of the City of New Rochelle.
